I’m agree with both supra posters well-nig an eating *window* organism More important than feeding I meal per day. I do daily fast for 16 hours and eat inside an 8 hour window, with Associate in Nursing infrequent 24 hours fast/24 hours feed one time every couple of weeks. I sense card sharp, stronger, faster, and this style of IF is past Interahamw my favorite method acting of feeding.
